In order to better serve you, all of our orders are subject to this refund policy.
In developing your package with a Mr. Parrot representative, you will be required to submit all of your requirements up front while we create your invoice. We will then create a website that meets all of your requirements while staying within budget.
If, for some reason, your Mr. Parrot website does not meet your pre-submitted requirements, we will happily revise it for you up to three (3) times. If your website is revised thrice and it still does not meet the requirements, then a Mr. Parrot representative will determine if this is the case. If we find that it does not meet the pre-submitted requirements, we will gladly give you a full refund. If we find that it does meet all of the requirements, then no refund will be offered.
Please keep in mind you have seven (7) days from the date of completion to request a refund or pay your remaining balance. If you fail to do so, a $50/day fee will apply. Additionally we reserve the right to remove or modify any work we have completed until full payment is made.
If you decide that you want to modify your requirements after you sign our contract, then a $50 assessment fee will be charged. We will then develop an additional invoice.
