Here’s how our process works.
Step 1. Request a Free Quote.
In order to better serve you, the customer, we have created a quote-based system for preparing orders. On our home page, there is a form where you can fill out basic information about your budget, requirements, etc. Within 1-2 business days we will create a quote tailored to best suit your needs.
Step 2. Receiving your Free Quote.
When we send out your quote we will also include an an invoice which can be paid for at any time, detailing the work required. For all orders totaling $5,000 or less we require complete payment up front, subject to our “Parrot Pledge” refund policy. For all orders totaling more than $5,000, we will happily work with you to set up payment arrangements, though a 10% discount will apply to orders which are paid in full.
Step 3. Building the website.
We will work with you to build your site to your needs and wants, we will keep you updated with progress so we can tailor it to your requirements as we go.
Step 4. Final Payment.
After the website is complete, we will send you a final invoice (if your order totaled over $5,000), which is due seven (7) business days from receipt. If payment is not received by the due date, a $50.00/day charge will be added to your bill until it is paid for. Additionally, we reserve the right to remove or modify any work we have created that has not been paid for at any time.
